Remote Areas, Townships, Regions, Mines, Chain Stores, Farms, Power Stations, Plots, Embassy, Government building or long waiting periods for our couriers may attract additional surcharge fees. Clients will be notified before shipping and given the option to accept the additional surcharge or cancel their order.
We try our very best to package your order with care. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives and is damaged, please immediately take photos prior to opening the box, and then photograph the contents prior to unwrapping.

As a result, except as set forth herein, we offer you a full refund of the price you have paid for the products if you are dissatisfied, although we may deduct from the refunded purchase price any shipping and handling charges.In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide us all the information we ask for, and comply with all other terms specified on this website for such purpose.Refunds are limited to a single month supply per customer/household.
All claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 business hours of the member receiving the box(excluding weekends and holidays). We are unable to assist with requests that fall outside of this timeframe.
