Shipping Policy

Orders will be dispatched on the 17th of every month, giving stop orders that are due on the 15th time to clear.

We use Courier Guy, but you are welcome to request PostNet, if you prefer.

Remote Areas, Townships, Regions, Mines, Chain Stores, Farms, Power Stations, Plots, Embassy, Government building or long waiting periods for our couriers may attract additional surcharge fees. Clients will be notified before shipping and given the option to accept the additional surcharge or cancel their order.

Refund Policy

As much as we try to take special care when we package your order, sometimes your box may arrive damaged. Please immediately (within 48 hours) take photos prior to opening the box, and then photograph the contents prior to unwrapping. We will only exchange if the above procedure has been followed and thank you in advance for assisting us with this.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the products you have ordered. As a result, within reasonable boundaries, we offer you a full refund of the price you have paid for the products if you are dissatisfied, although we may deduct from the refunded purchase price any shipping and handling charges. Courier fees for returns not due to damaged goods will be for the client's account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The provision of products and services is subject to availability. If products are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of waiting until the products are in stock or of canceling your order.We are able to process cancellation requests via message portal
