    Amazing team and great service! Michael phoned me in less than 5 minutes after I put in an online contact request. I had a quote before the call ended and the date arranged. The team that cleaned my carpets were friendly & professional, really knowledgeable and on top of their game. They had my carpets looking like new (I mean it) in no time.     After having our beautiful baby, our clean couch and mattresses were no more. Milk, food and the dreaded ” wetting the bed” left us with some hard to get out stains UNTIL CleanLab SA came through.

    Our couch is basically new and our mattresses show no sign of our gremlin.
    Will definitely be using them again.

    After light renovations I had a lot of invisible dust in my house – the team did a sterling job of cleaning all my upholstery that could have potentially captured the dust! My kids beds also had some stains which were to my surprise removed – making my mattress as good as new! Will definitely be using the team regularly

    I have my home cleaned at least once a year. I have never experienced such excellent service.The team arrived immaculately dressed they take pride in their work and company.

    + PROS: The team are professionals . They are perfectionists about getting the job done correctly. They worked later because they needed to. They are quiet and calm. New equipment. My home smells clean afterwards.
    - CONS: I initially thought I should get three quotes I thought I might be able to get a cheaper quote but I have made that mistake before with people using old equipment.

    Upon signup, your first booking will be scheduled for the first available slot to your preference.  If you choose to continue with your subscription you will be billed for the full subscription automatically before you receive the service. If you have any questions please email

    Acceptance of Terms of Use

    By purchasing a CleanLab SA Store subscription you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use.

    Online Purchases and Terms of Sale

    Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.

    Any introductory discount applied on a subscription means your first month is an introduction month.

    Subscription Renewal: By signing up to a CleanLab SA subscription you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee. The Company do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.



    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by sending an email to the website at any time. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.

    Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription commitment period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.

    By CleanLab SA stating you can cancel at anytime this directly refers to the renewal.

    Any discounts given on the first month of a new subscription are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire initial commitment period. If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment you no longer qualify for any discount on any boxes and must pay a cancellation fee of the one period rate for any service you received a discount on.

    CleanLab SA store discounts are one per household.

    CleanLab SA store is a subscription service, by signing up you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by emailing your request to The Company do not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf without written consent.  It is up to the customer alone to request cancellation of the subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date. 

    You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH’S SERVICE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A CleanLab SA subscription services as signed up for. 

    Billing & Payments : You will automatically be charged periodically for your ongoing subscription. Further, unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.

    Prepaid credit / debit cards are not accepted.

    For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorise us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your periodic purchase of services.

    Return / Refund Policy: All sales and subscriptions made on the CleanLab SA store via the Subscriptionbay site are considered final. The Company has a return policy in line with the consumer act, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by CleanLab SA we will do our utmost to rectify the problem.  Please refer to our General Enquiries, or you can contact customer service using It would be the customers responsibility to cancel the subscription when they want.

    Correspondence: We send e-mail correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at anytime.

    Pricing/Errors: Product prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We may cancel any offer and reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, the Company will issue a refund to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. You accept that your subscription being ‘auto renewed’ on the date advised at sign up is not considered an error liable for refund.

    Order Acceptance/Confirmation: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
