How do I update my card banking details?
Note that normally with each and every debit which is processed that PayFast (the payment gateway we use) will also send an accompanying email to your email address.
If you go back into your email history you should find an email such as the example image example below:
Open the email and click on “To update or change the card linked to this subscription, click here”
You can then follow the prompts and be sure to activate 3d secure should you be prompted.
Upon updating your details, please reply here and notify us so that we can setup the debits again.
If you do not find an email from PayFast, feel free to reach customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will request PayFast to send one right away.
